We have been supporting charity and proeducational organizations for years, engaging in socially useful initiatives, especially targeted at local groups. In this particular way we address our activities to young people, who fighting with everyday hardships, show above-average talent and intellectual passion.
Certain activities are unanimous with the bank’s mission statement, in which local social development is a crucial element. We try to choose long-term initiatives. We expand cooperation with our social partners, becoming serious and credible partners for them.
The BGŻ Foundation undertakes activities coinciding with the banks responsibilities as a public trust institution, working towards local development. Since 2006 we have been supporting educational, cultural, academic, social aid and health care initiatives – in 2008 we received the ‘Benefactor of the year’ award for the „BGŻ CLass” program.
