- On 9th March, Bank BGZ submitted an issue prospectus by the Financial Supervisory Commission (KNF) in connection with the planned initial public offering of shares and the admission of shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
- On 29th April the Financial Supervision Commission approved the issue prospectus of Bank BGZ. On the basis of this document, the Bank will be able to carry out the initial public offering and the debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
- On 4th May Bank BGZ published the issue prospectus related to the first public offering and the admission of shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
- Bank BGŻ made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
