The sales process is an open competition and has two stages:

  • Offers are sent in

  • Negotiations re done electronically or in person. Only offers which have a price estimation no lower that the acknowledged minimum, will be considered.

The down payment of the guarantee is a requirement of participating in the second stage:

 

  • 10 % of the minimum price – when the property does not exceed the minimum price 500 000 PLN

  • 5 % of the minimum price – w when the property exceeds the minimum price 500 000 PLN

 

Information on minimum prices and the offer deadlines will be posted by the descriptions of the properties.
