The documents you name will be registered in the STIPULTED DOCUMENT system.
What is the STIPULATED DOCUMENT system?
This is the only national database of stolen and lost documents, which:

limits the number of cases where your lost or stolen documents, can be used for payment, credit or any other fraud.
