Having in mind our employees there is a complex system of professional and potential development in place in the Bank.

 

The system of professional and potential development in the Bank covers all employees. Everybody has a possibility to plan his/her development in the current position, supported by the superior and the Employee Development Department When preparing their individual development plans the employees agree the development goals for the coming year with their superiors. Those goals may be accomplished through such activities as participation in trainings, managerial coaching, mentoring, holding internal trainer role, on-the-job-training, self-education, job rotation, participation in projects and task force groups.

 

In addition good and best performers have a possibility to plan their career path – development activities, that, in the future, will allow them to achieve expertise and competences required in the positions they aspire to. In 2011 some employees, from among those planning their professional development, planned their further career path within the structure of Bank BGŻ.
