“Let’s grow together” – the development of the company through the development of the employees.
A professional personnel is the basis of the BGŻ strategy.


The training Project: “Let’s grow together” – the development of the company through the development of the employees. The professional personnel is the basis of the BGŻ strategy. The Project is co-financed by the European Union from the resources of the European Social Fund, as part of the Sub-action 2.1.1. , i.e. “The development of human capital in enterprises” – the Operational Human Capital Programme.

The Project has been based on the results of the analysis of the employees’ development needs, while taking into account the assumptions of the Bank’s business strategy.

The Project’s objective is to improve the qualifications and effectiveness of the employees, as well as to help the employees obtain the qualifications and effectiveness which are necessary for the realization of the assumptions of the Bank's development strategy.

The main specific objectives of the Project are the following:

  • developing managerial and interpersonal competences in managers,
  • developing the coaching abilities in the managerial personnel,
  • obtaining new product knowledge, acquiring skills regarding sales techniques, negotiations and post-sales actions by customer consultants,
  • increasing the competences of the Project’s participants in the area of management and personal efficiency,
  • developing communication skills in the employees of all levels,
  • improving the quality of internal IT services,
  • elaborating a set of principles referred to the age management in an enterprise and to levelling the chances of persons aged 45 + by improving their ICT usage abilities.
Financing the Project:
  • value of the Project: PLN 11.994.218,58
  • value of the subsidies: PLN 7.117.276,2
  • outlays of Bank BGŻ: PLN 4.876.942,38


Assumptions of the Project:

The project will be realized in the period: 01.03.2010 – 29.02.2012.

More than 3.000 persons will be trained (via the traditional form of training and e-learning). A significant number of participants will take part in more than one training programme, therefore the number of participants will amount to 12.000 persons.
